I have almost finished my magazine analysis and I have figured out what kind of magazine cover I want to make. I will be making a metal music cover. Metal music magazines are not so different to a rock or even a pop magazine, they have similar layouts, a similar kind of content and even a similar age of target audience. The thing that sets them apart is that it's a lot less mainstream than the other two, and as the music is so much heavier and darker, the magazine has to be a reflection of that. I have been thinking over some names, and I want it to reflect the nature of the music. Metal music is associated with extreme heat, so I want to take that into context.
